Reba is the kind of dog who quietly steals your heart. Maybe it’s the way she leans into you for affection, or how quickly her shy little introduction turns into full on love. Or maybe it’s that happy tail that never seems to stop once she knows she’s safe.

She doesn’t ask for much. Just a soft place to land and someone to share the couch with.

Personality

Reba is a gentle, affectionate girl who loves being close to her people. She may be a little shy at first, but once she warms up, she is all about love and connection. Cuddling on the couch is her favorite thing, and she is more than happy to stay right by your side soaking it all in.

She has a really balanced personality and brings a calm, easy energy into the home.

In the Home

Reba is currently living in a foster home with two dog brothers. She spends her days playing in the backyard, chewing on her toys, and settling in for naps.

During the workday, she relaxes in her kennel for about 6 to 8 hours and sleeps there overnight without any issues. She has adjusted really well to her routine and handles it like a pro.

With Other Dogs

Reba loves her foster brothers and plays well with them. She is very respectful, well mannered, and does a great job taking cues from other dogs.

With People

She loves attention and affection once she feels comfortable. While she may be a little shy at first, she warms up quickly and becomes very loving and connected.

With Kids

Reba has done well meeting kids in public and seems excited and friendly. She has not had much experience living with kids in a home.

Training and Care

Reba is fully potty trained and kennel trained. She knows a few basic commands and enjoys working for treats. She is eager to learn and responds well to consistency.

Ideal Home

Reba is adaptable and could do well in many different types of homes. She would likely enjoy having another dog to play with, but more than anything, she just wants a loving home where she can feel safe and included.

Not sure what shows up first, her constant happy tail wags or her little smile… but either way, she lights up the whole room.
