Personality

Penny is soft in every sense of the word. She is affectionate, gentle, and deeply cuddly. She loves to melt into her people and soak up every ounce of closeness she can get. While she enjoys playtime and interacting with other dogs, her heart truly lives in the quiet moments curled up beside you.

In the Home

Penny settles beautifully in her foster home and enjoys being part of everyday life. She is comfortable relaxing, playing, and sharing space with other dogs. Her favorite place is wherever her people are, especially if there is a lap, a couch, or a warm spot to lean into.

With Other Dogs and People

Penny enjoys the company of other dogs in her foster home and does well socializing with them. With people, she is affectionate and loving, forming close bonds and seeking comfort through touch and connection.

Training and Care

Penny is currently working on potty training and continues to make progress with consistency and routine. She has gained much needed weight and is thriving, though she will likely remain on the smaller side as a little pocket pittie. She responds well to gentle guidance and a calm, supportive environment.

Ideal Home

Penny would thrive in a home that values affection, patience, and connection. A family who enjoys cuddling, relaxed companionship, and steady routines will be rewarded with a loyal, loving dog who gives her whole heart.

A Note from the Foster

Penny’s foster parents often talk about how she melts into you when you hold her. She is incredibly cuddly and affectionate, with a quiet sweetness that makes everyone fall in love with her.

Promise Pup Highlight

Despite a rough beginning, Penny has blossomed into a happy, loving girl who is finally getting to be a dog. Watching her confidence and joy grow has been nothing short of incredible.

The Promise Moving Forward

Our promise to Penny does not end with adoption. We are committed to finding her the right home, offering support along the way, and honoring the promise we made to give her a future filled with love, safety, and belonging.
