Meet Finn

Finn is that perfect mix of playful puppy energy and total cuddle bug. He lives life in two speeds. Play hard and sleep hard. When he is awake, he is all in. When he is tired, he is melting into you like he was made for the couch.

The promise we made to Finn

When Finn entered our program, we promised him that we would find him a forever family who will love him endlessly, let him cuddle as much as his heart desires, and take him on long long long walks.

Personality

Finn is the definition of play hard, sleep hard. He loves to run, explore, and be part of whatever is happening. And then just as quickly, he is ready to curl up and nap like a little angel.

He absolutely loves physical touch. Cuddling is not optional in his world. It is his favorite thing. He thrives on affection and connection.

In the Home

Finn is currently living in a foster home where his days are pretty simple. Eat. Play. Nap. Repeat.

He is a puppy, so while he is mostly potty trained, he is still learning and will need continued consistency in his new home. He already knows his name and some basic commands and is eager to keep learning.

With Other Dogs

Finn is very friendly with other dogs and enjoys having playmates. He brings fun energy without being overwhelming.

With People

He is so friendly with everyone he meets. He is learning not to jump up when greeting new people, and he responds well to redirection. His excitement comes from pure happiness.

With Kids

Finn is fantastic with kids from toddlers to tweens. He listens well when redirected and has shown that he can handle the energy of a busy household.

Training and Care

Finn knows his name and basic commands and is mostly potty trained. As a puppy, he will need continued structure, patience, and reinforcement to help him grow into a well mannered adult dog. He is eager and responsive, which makes training a great bonding opportunity.

Ideal Home

Finn would thrive in a home where he can cuddle on the couch with his mom or dad as often as possible. That is truly his favorite place to be.

He would also love an active home that enjoys walks and playtime. A family that balances activity with affection will be his dream come true.

This boy just loves love. He wants to be touching you, leaning on you, or curled up beside you. He has the sweetest heart and such a fun spirit.
